Ordering
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or sign in, provide shipping information, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

There is no minimum order amount. However, orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping. Smaller orders are subject to standard shipping fees.
Shipping
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and Freight shipping takes 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM PST ship the same day.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500. Orders under $500 have a flat shipping rate of $49 for standard delivery.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in real-time through your account dashboard.
Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping may be available in the future.
All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll file a claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-cut items, opened chemicals, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Log in to your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Return Items". You'll receive a prepaid return label via email. Pack the items securely and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
Yes! During the return process, select "Exchange" and choose your replacement item. We'll ship the new item with priority processing once we receive your return.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for large orders. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Yes! We offer financing through Affirm and Klarna for orders over $500. Choose "Pay in installments" at checkout to see available options with flexible payment plans.
Yes. An invoice is automatically sent to your email after purchase. You can also download invoices from your account dashboard under "Order History".
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and local tax rates. Tax-exempt customers can upload their exemption certificate during checkout.

While you can checkout as a guest, we recommend creating an account to track orders, save addresses, view order history, and access exclusive member benefits.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Yes! You can save multiple shipping addresses in your account. Go to Account Settings > Addresses to add, edit, or remove addresses. Select your preferred address at checkout.
Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. You can update your name, email, phone number, password, and saved addresses. Changes are saved automatically.
Yes. Contact our support team at support@kantongaplikasi.com to request account deletion. Please note that order history and related data will be permanently removed.
